The Achyuta Niratah Trust is permitted to accept donations from individuals and corporate with the following benefits accruing to the donors:
- Under Section 80G of I.T. Act, 1961 : Donation for our ongoing activities will accrue 50% tax exemption to the donor.
- Under Section 35 (l)(ii) of I.T Act, 1961 : Donation for our research activities will accrue 100% tax exemption to the donor.
